There are changes to the periodic assessment schedule in elementary
language arts and mathematics. The changes apply to all schools, all
teachers in grades K-5/6 in language arts and grades K-5 in mathematics.
This annual memorandum (2005-2006 school year), clarifies that uniform complaints may be used to file noncompliance or unlawful discrimination complaints and/or to appeal District decisions regarding such complaints.
