United Teachers Los Angeles strives to create a spirit of teamwork that involves our elected Officers, Board of Directors, House of Representatives, Managers and employees who are represented by three collective bargaining groups. UTLA strives to develop a union that equally embodies collective action and accountability with personal growth and responsibility.
