Recall School Board Members Feasibility Study

Currently, UTLA is studying the feasibility of a recall drive, as a way to hold School Board members accountable for their votes to lay off thousands of employees and institute huge class-size increases.

The final decision whether to proceed will be made by UTLA's Board of Directors.

CTA Call for Action to protest the Governor's new proposal to suspend Prop 98 & slash school funding

The California Teachers Association (CTA) has set up a hotline to contact the Governor and state Senators and Assembly members to oppose the governor's new proposal to suspend Prop 98 and slash school funding by another $3 billion.
