WHY TAKE PART?
Over $20 billion has been slashed from the state budget over the past two years. Residents are facing painful cuts in public education, health services, safety programs, and infrasctructure. We deserve better. All Californians should have safe and enriching schools, clean and secure streets, affordable health care and decent jobs. That is why an unprecedented, broad coalition has come together to demand a brighter future, including additional funding for education and vital social services.
