For many parents, educators, and policymakers, smaller classes are an apparently foolproof prescription for improving student performance: Fewer students means more individual attention from the teacher, calmer classrooms, and consequently, higher test scores.
Lobbying for smaller P. E. class sizes, adherence to the Ed Code in the amount of P. E. offered and demands that LAUSD hire P. E. teachers with proper training & expertise.
