The UTLA House of Representatives overwhelmingly passed a motion to endorse the Black Lives Matter in Schools National Week of Action, Feb. 5-9, and to support a February 24th forum here in Los Angeles co-sponsored with Black Lives Matter, the ACLU, Public Counsel, and others.
